Currently living in Staten Island, but need some change in my life. Down to earth sorta dude, mostly keep to myself. I'm friendly with anyone and everyone, especially once I get to know you. Don't mind noise or guests, and expect to have my own guests over a few times a month. I'm a clean and organized person, and hoping to room with someone who is also conscientious about keeping things in relative order. I would like to adopt a cat sometime in the future as well, and would like if any potential roommates were okay with pets/not deathly allergic to them. Please don't smoke cigarettes inside, I'm fine with weed, as long as it's not 24/7. Don't mind sharing basic food items, like spices and oil.
