I am a 23 year old from a small town in Michigan and my roommate and I have a sweet 3 bedroom apartment with a full loft for storage space, a guest bedroom, and an office in West Village (14th and 8th). Our 3rd roommate is moving out in August and we are looking for someone to fill the 3rd room. The apartment is in an awesome spot, is on the 2nd floor, with an elevator, dishwasher, and best of all in unit laundry. I am an investment banker and my roommate is 25 and does management consulting. We like to keep the apartment clean, have friends over for a few drinks before we go out every once in awhile, and most of all relax and have fun. We are super laid back, love to keep the apartment stocked with drinks and snacks, and my roommate is an incredible cook. We are negotiating rent right now but the rent should shake out to about $2300 a month per person plus utilities.
We are both athletes and love to watch sports and get to the gym a few times a week. We play some hockey, basketball, and get out for a run every once in awhile. We both travel a lot for work and tend to work some late nights pretty often in the office.
