Hello. I'm moving to NY next month, and am looking for roommates (at least 2, up to 4) to rent a place with. I would like to live in the UWS near Columbia University since I will be working there. My target rent is $1400 which looks like it would get us a decent place in this area (total of up to $4-7k between us).

I am a friendly, respectful, athletic, people person. I would like to be friends with my roommates, and go out exploring the city. I'm interested in taking performing arts and voice classes soon too. I like many kinds of music and culture, but no Country, Rap, or smokers. Cats are fine, but dogs only if they are well trained. 😃
