You’ll have your own large closet and small private balcony — a pretty unusual combination for an apartment share in Manhattan.

The space is currently set up as a living area, but the couch can be replaced with a queen-size bed before move-in. Heavy ceiling-to-floor curtains will separate the space for privacy, creating a comfortable sleeping and living area.

One of the best things about the apartment is the loft layout. Your space is downstairs, while I live and sleep upstairs, so our personal areas are on completely different levels. The kitchen and bathroom are downstairs and shared.

The apartment is spacious, full of character and genuinely feels like a home — not a collection of tiny bedrooms squeezed together. It’s fully furnished, in an elevator building with laundry.
