We're two Vietnamese college students searching for a third roommate (girl) to live with us. Here's where we're at:

📍 Area: Manhattan or Long Island City
💵 Budget: under $2,000/person per month
📄 Guarantor: we're planning to use a guarantor service
📅 Move-in: early August or end of July (preferably)

We've already scouted a bunch of places and have a shortlist ready to tour, mostly in:
• LIC (Queens)
• Grand Central / Murray Hill area

You'd be joining with a few solid options already lined up (and we're happy to keep looking together for the right fit). Ideally someone easygoing, clean, and cool with sharing.
