I’m Ashley and I’m hoping to use this resource to find a roommate to go apartment hunting together in the Metro area (preferably a higher end building in like Downtown Silver Spring or Bethesda, or a similar area) in May!

I’m a 30-year old, BLM supporter that’s LGBTQ+ friendly, and a lover of anything that brings good vibes. I do have a cat, Cato (pictured), and I am open to other pets! I am generally clean, especially in shared areas, but I won’t freak out if your dishes need to soak. Ideally, I’d find a person that’s sociable and down to hang, but it’s not necessary, if you like your space.

My budget is about $1,200 plus utilities, internet, etc., and I don’t mind staggering rent and paying a couple hundred more than my roommate for a master br. I do have a boyfriend that may spend one night a week, but we are both vaccinated and respectful.
