Hi potential roommate! (: I'm a 26F looking for a roommate starting this summer (mid-june is when my current lease ends).

Looking for someone of a similar age who is also a full-time working professional.

Just looking for someone laid-back who is organized/tidy/respectful of common areas and hopefully someone I can be friends with! Some things I do for fun on normal weeks/weekends include: hiking, running, yoga, rock climbing, baking/cooking/meal prepping, reading, tending to house plants (I like to think I'm a good plant mom), netflix/tv. I consider myself to be an introverted extrovert. I enjoy socializing w friends, but also appreciate quiet time. Some of my favorite shows are law&order SVU, great british baking show, vampire diaries, grey's anatomy, fixer upper, the madalorian, and really any reality tv show. I've been known to enjoy a good wine and bachelor night.

I'm looking for a place in the falls church/fairfax/vienna/arlington area. Flexible with location. Price range of $800-$1200. no smoking/drugs please.
