I live in the townhouse with my boyfriend of 9 years in Sterling, VA. He works overnight at home and work late nights and and have a day job. We don't currently go out for much beyond groceries and gas currently. We do a mix of cooking and ordering food. I tend to have weekends off while he works overnight on the weekends. I am allergic to dogs, but would welcome a roommate with a cat (there is a pet deposit of 600$ for the management company)

300 sq foot walkout basement with separate entrance
This would be for signing onto a lease ending march 2022 and is a 300 sq ft finished basement that opens into a fenced yard, with carpet, full bathroom and separate laundry room. The townhouse is 2 levels with a main floor and our bedroom upstairs. We are located off Davis Drive in Sterling, which is great for getting to route 28/route 7 quickly. You would have full kitchen access/main floor access. The laundry room in the basement is shared so we would have to set aside times that work best, but the door to the basement can be locked with a key. There is storage space in the laundry room along with one closet. There are only 2 parking spots and 0 street parking in our location, so any couples be aware there is only 1 spot for your car. We are walking distance to a few restaurants/grocery stores and gas stations in a 1 mile radius. Non-smoking household only. The leasing company requires a 600$ deposit for cats along with their pictures. Flexible move in date.
