I'm Paulo. I'm 25 years old, Brazilian, and born and raised on the San Diego coast, probably the furthest possible point from New York City. After visiting 3 times, I've decided to move to New York. I'm attracted to the activity, constant engagement, and energy of the city, as it motivates me to explore, learn, and absorb anything and everything that living here has to offer.

A little bit about myself:

I played collegiate basketball for 2 years at the University of Airzona (15-16 & 16-17) then transferred to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo to finish my degree and career. I now work remotely as a business development manager for a tech startup out of San Jose. On the side, I run a personal basketball training service (PJC Training), which I am passionate about and hope to continue in New York. I work out a lot, whether it's in the weight room, running miles, or playing basketball, I'm for staying active.

As a roommate, I'm clean, considerate of space and property, willing to share kitchen appliances, easy-going, and often doing my own thing. However, I'll always shoot you an invite if I'm making plans to get a quick bite, maybe a drink, hit the gym, go to the park, go hoop, smoke a joint, play 2k, watch the knicks game etc. Say yes if you want, no feelings hurt if you say no. If you are looking for a roommate to only share the living space with, I'm also adaptable.

I like to hang out with friends, meet new people, party hard, smoke occasionally, play sports (any), video games, card games (spades), play music (most genres; typically rap, motown, and bossa nova), eat bomb ass food, which is everywhere, but most nights I try to chef it up.
