Hi all,

I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in a 2BA/1BR. The room is large (15x13.5 ft) with a big closet. Regular sized stove, sink, dishwasher and regrigerator unlike a lot of nyc apartments, laundry in the basement, and a lot of amenities throughout peter cooper village

I work remote as an account executive and am pretty easygoing and quiet as a roommate. Most week nights I'll be just be cooking, watching tv or reading, but do like to go out occasionally. Weirdly enough, I work Tuesday-Saturday so I will be working from home on Saturdays but my set up is in my room so I'll be out of your hair. I only ask that you would refrain from loud music, etc on Saturday during the day.

As for habits/hobbies - I usually get up early to exercise/get some things done and then work from 9-6 and don't cook in the morning but enjoy cooking during the evening when I can, or meal prepping on a Sunday. I play guitar and make music so in my free time I like to work on that

Not opposed to 420 or drinking, but don't really do either myself on a regular basis.

Very open minded and am just looking for another chill person to live with. Would be great to become good friends but am perfectly fine with just finding a respectful and likeminded roommate
