Hi,

I'm looking to find a roommate or roommates to move into an apartment or house in Orange County. I currently live in Irvine, CA near the Spectrum center and my lease is up by the end of June.

Professional Life
I work as an IT Risk Management Consultant for an accounting firm called Deloitte & Touche. Our work right now has not been affected by COVID as much, fortunately, but we are working from home so I will be looking for a place where I could work and take calls during the day from 8am - 6pm.

Habits
I like to workout and go out on a run on a daily basis. I also love going to the beach and be outdoors on the weekends. I don't watch TV but I love to watch movies once or twice a week. I also like going out every once in a while and party. Although I don't do that very frequently because it gets expensive, I do enjoy partying, and having a good time with friends.

Side Hustle
I am also an active Musician and I practice/record/play about 2 hours every evening. I play guitar, bass, piano, and sing. You can find videos of me at youtube.com/c/ivanlives. I am used to finding ways to not be as noisy given the apartment living situations. I would most likely sound proof my room and keep all my playing in there to avoid disturbing others.

Lastly,I am originally from Colima, Mexico (same latitude as Hawaii) so I speak both English and Spanish fluently.
