Roommate Wanted

Hi ladies,
I plan on moving out of my apartment and I am looking for someone to take over my room sometime in June or July to a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. The room is upstairs and is a shared bathroom. Rent is 1300.00 per month plus a security deposit.

The apartment complex is located right on Gorham Avenue in Brentwood, walking distance to Starbucks, soul cycle, sweet greens and all the other great places that this area has to offer! Sonya is from Arizona and Sandra is from Utah and has been out here for 6 1/2 years. Both are professionals and work full-time. Sandra is a marriage and family therapist and Sonya is in public relations.
The apartment complex is gated, has a pool, laundry on sight and two parking spots. Neither smoke regularly but are non-judgmental and engage in social drinking on the weekends. Both roommates are SUPER clean and want someone who has the same standard of cleanliness. We get a maid 1x a month for $45 dollars each.
