My apartment is on the second floor in a gated complex with AMAZING landlords.
We have great internet which holds steady around 100mb/s. No issues with neighbors, as a matter of fact, the neighbors are incredibly nice as well.
As for me? I work as a Software Developer, I love the outdoors, I love going to the gym and eating healthy, I like to keep the apartment clean (but not obsessive about it), and I love having friends over and enjoying company (overnight guests are welcome but need advance notice). This of course has changed due to the pandemic.
