Looking for a new Roomate for the entire year of 2021, and room is available for immediate move in as well but not required. Been in the apartment for 3 years but current roommates leaving the area. Luckily, entire kitchen and common area is already furnished by me so everything is staying. All you need is what you want in your room. Rent is $1,150/month with $1,150 deposit. Rental is Dec 31, 2020 to Dec 31, 2021, but you can move in anytime before end of this year. Great location close to most subway lines, great bars and restaurants. Easy third floor walk up, all stainless steel appliances, lots of countertop space, great water pressure, air conditioning unit, and washer/dryer IN UNIT. No bugs either!
