Hello!

My name is Lizander Oros and I’m interested in the room you have available. I am moving back to NYC after a few years in LA and abroad in Paris. I am a full time Grad Student (Environmental Policy @ The New School) and also work full-time (@ The Hoxton Hotel in Williamsburg). My move in date would be July 1st. I have great credit and proof of income.

A little more about me:
Lover of film, books, good food (who doesn’t!), travel, culture, art, and all the things that make life feel alive! I do love plants, but I don’t think I have a green thumb.
I am cool with 420 friendly places, though I do not smoke myself. Also am cool with LGBTQI+. Social justice issues, and issues relevant to BIPOC folk are important to me. A perfect Saturday night for me would be any that involve a good bottle of wine (or 2) and a great conversation.

I am clean, courteous, and most of all will be buried in studies so you don’t have to worry about the party life with me!
