i consider myself a "night owl" but have to wake up for work in the morning, so the reasonable sleeping hours during the week should be around midnight, with exception of weekends.
not a huge party person, in my free time enjoy going hiking outside the city.
my NYC location preference are Astoria, Greenpoint, LIC and Sunnyside
I consider myself humble but rational person (ISTP personality type) and looking for drama free male roommate.
ideally i would prefer 2bdr apartment with considered living space area, but wouldn't mind 3bdr if its offers enough privacy and bathrooms.
in my apartment search i look above all else for some level of privacy, specifically for bedrooms being separated from one another by some "utility" space such as closets, bathroom, living room etc, NOT JUST a DRYWALL
