Hi!
I'm looking to rent a room in NYC and was told that this might be a good place to look for. I don't smoke, I don't usually party late, and I am clean and tidy guy looking for the same. I won't be bringing pests. I only hope to live within 30 - 45 min commute to the school (NYAA). in a place with laundry facilities. My budget is flexible, within reason, but would prefer something no more than 1000/mth. I'm planning to head over in early August.
