Looking for a roommate to join me in this Apartment in Ridgewood, just steps from the Seneca M station, and 20 mins from the city and steps away from all the fun Brooklyn has to offer. The apartment is on a 5th(elevator building) floor making move-in and shopping a breeze! I like to keep a clean space and expect my prospective roommate to totally empathize that notion, I own robovacs and run them daily to help keep a clean living area.
I'm a very handy individual and fancy myself a bit of an interior designer so the space will totally be awesome for hosting friends and family or just movie nights when we're bored at home. I can be a homebody but also totally disappear on a whim, I am very communicative and prefer someone who's the same. I'm very chill and easy going so long as my clean requirement is met haha. I'm 420 friendly but not ok with traditional(tobacco) smoking, sorry.
WiFi & cable is included in the price of your rent, there will be a low monthly cleaning fee to have the apartments' common areas and bathroom cleaned twice a week if you'd like your room cleaned we can totally set that up too.
Anyway, I'm a chill NYer just trying to enjoy my last couple years in the city before moving west so would like to meet an awesome roommate who's cool,clean and chill also, I'm a bit of a gamer and techy, I enjoy all music, play the drums, ride bikes(🚲🏍️) and love going to concerts so if any of that sounds like something you like as well, let's meet!
Pet friendly, but allergies to some breeds of cats, just ask I have no problem answering all questions.
