I need my digs quiet after 7pm. The bulk of my income is a guaranteed federal pension. I also earn some by writing and self-publishing books, stories, and business communications. I hire my housekeeping done by a pro. I love music but I listen to headphones. I exercise daily with occasional breaks. Television usually bores me so I read a lot. I can be happy with a roomie of either gender. I'm settled and happily hetero in my own gender preference. At 75, I'm robust in health and young at heart. I'll be there for you in an emergency.
