Refundable Deposit is 575.
First month's rent + Deposit is required to move in.
Will be on a month-to-month basis.
Room is available for move in right away.
The house is 4 bedroom 1.5 bath. All common places are shared and kept clean. The room is your own and is unfurnished. The room size is about 12ft by 11.5ft with a closet. Cabled internet is wired to room with wifi throughout the house. We are in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area close to Highway 99, Edmonds CC, and Safeway Winco Fred Meyers.
