As the listing title indicates, I'm a newly single gay real estate professional living in a luxury condo in WeHo in search of somebody to rent out my spare bedroom.
I go to the gym every morning, but other than client showings and my weekly trips to the grocery store, I'm working from home most days, and the ideal roommate would be someone who does not also work from home.
Fitness is a huge part of my life and I eat very cleanly and go to bed early most nights and the ideal roommate would share those priorities and lifestyle.
Cleanliness is also extremely important to me. My friends have (lovingly) accused me of being OCD, or a neat freak, whichever word you prefer, and I would most compatible with someone who also shares those qualities.
