I'm looking to rent a room for myself and my wife for the next year or so. I'll be attending classes at Fordham Lincoln Center, and my wife is a pharmacy technician. We're both in our lower to mid-20s and are professional, friendly, and fun, but courteous, clean, and respectful of boundaries and others well-being. I'm more outgoing but don't bring any partying home, and my wife is on the quieter side but is a very warm individual. We're both excited to find a place and we look forward to meeting you!
