Lera M - $1,300/month

My name is Lera and I am an incoming CUNY PhD student in Psychology (Congnitive and Comparative Psychology track) with background in Linguistics. I’m coming to New York on August 11 and I am looking for roommates to rent a place with. I am not too picky about the location, but the preferable option would be something with public transportation allowing to reach GC and, occasionally, College of Staten Island (possibly Brooklyn would make a good option?). I would prefer to spend no more than $1300 a month. No gender preferences.
About me: I am 25 years old (F), coming from Saint Petersburg, Russia. I enjoy playing guitar, exploring new places and spending time with people. I have 5 years of experience of living with roommates and I am respectful of other people. I am vegetarian and I love pets (but I do not have anything against any type of diet).
