Hi, my name is Alex Smaldone.

I'm looking for a room/roommate to split a 2BR apartment somewhere in Manhattan/Brooklyn, not too far of a commute from Midtown. Maximum budget for me is $3500, but hoping to get below that per person.

Would prefer a place with in-unit washer/dryer and onsite gym, but can compromise for the right place/price.

I'll be working hybrid so will be home some days (I work in tech). New to NYC so won't have people over for a while most likely, though may have the occasional friend stay for a couple days to visit from out-of-town (likely rare). I like to keep a clean apartment that is respectful of shared spaces, and hope that a roommate would do the same.
