We are a retired gay male couple looking for a large 3 or 4 bedroom/ 2bath+ apartment. Our preferred neighborhoods are Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, Upper West Side, and maybe the village. Other areas considered.

One of us is a doctor and the other is a city planner/ non-profit director. We have a dog, prefer some private outdoor space, and need a roommate who is pet friendly. No students, please.

Our share of a monthly lease could be as much as $6,000. We would not expect your share to be that much, perhaps in the range of $2,000 to $4,000. That combined amount would allow us to get a really nice apartment that affords you and us sufficient privacy.

Our preference for a roommate is a professional, employed male who respects our privacy, as we respect yours. We were young once, too, and are very tolerant of occasional overnight visitors and afternoon delights, but having a boyfriend or fiance as a daily presence isn't cool. Nor is heavy drug / alcohol use, poor hygiene, or hostile, angry, threatening behavior from you or your visitors.

We can accommodate your timetable for moving or work demands. We can show to you proof of our financial capability, excellent credit scores, income, etc., and expect you to do the same.
