I'm a relaxed guy and I like my quiet time but I can also be very sociable. I like cooking, love pets (don't have my own) and enjoy an occasional drink at home or otherwise. I also enjoy a casual movie night/fun activities. I like to be clean and expect it from my roommates too. Especially when it comes to common spaces. I don't have any food preferences, and would like a roommate who is similarly relaxed.

I'm looking for someone who can communicate well because I am a very direct person and can't deal with passive aggression. I'm coming to New York as a graduate student and I expect I'll be working hard and exploring the city mostly.
