Located on a nice residential block on the 3rd floor of a private house. There are 2 separate spaces with separate entrances. There is no common living room. We share the kitchen and bathroom and there is a separate room about 10x10 in size plus a large closet for shared storage. The rent does NOT include utilities which are separate (electricity/Gas/Internet)
Your space is about 250 sq ft, has three large windows and divides into 2 rooms by a set of sliding doors and is unfurnished.
Located 5 blocks from the subway and 1.5 blocks from all amenities including grocery, laundry etc.
Available to respectful single occupant or couple. Rent is $975/ $1275. There is a 1 month Security deposit requirement payable to landlord in addition to first months rent
The landlord lives on premises and are lovely understanding people who respond to issues quickly.
