Located just off the Long Island Expressway, this room is located in a gorgeous and safe residential neighborhood. There’s loads of spots nearby to find parking accommodation, long and short term. It’s a short walk away from 40th St-Lowery Ave Station, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and transport to the 7 train. 2 blocks away is a bodega and bakery.

The apartment comes with all amenities included, including heat, water, gas, electric, and wifi. There is a small personal washing machine in the apartment you are welcome to use.

I’m a non-binary artist named Hwyl, and am leasing out the other room in my 2 bed 1 bath. My ideal roommate is tolerant, quiet, friendly, and respectful of the common space. I‘m a chef, and i tend to work full time, so you’d have a lot of time to yourself. (I’d be happy to cook for you often by the way.)

I’m looking for immediate move in, up to December 1st! The lease is month to month, with a two month notice to end the lease. Security deposit is 2 months rent. Rent is negotiable.
