The apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances and a large bathtub.
Less than 5 minutes away from the C train stop at Ralph avenue and the J at Halsey St. Approximately 20 mins from lower Manhattan, 30 mins from Midtown, and 15 mins or less to most of Brooklyn. Rent is 1350 per roommate per month, and utilities are split- usually around $100 per month per roommate
