Tim C - $800/month

I'm Tim, a 34-year-old bartender. Moved upstate when Covid struck, but I'm back in town workin' full time so looking for a spot.

I still plan to be back and forth upstate, so most weekdays I won't even be in town (work Fri-Mon)

I'm a chill dude and excellent roommate (very tidy, rarely cook but I do dishes, buy trash bags / tp / whatever else communal). I have some late nights but do not bring the party home. After a day of bartending I'm usually burnt out on human interaction and like quiet downtime. Good income, great credit, landlord references, etc.

I have a small (18 lbs), well-trained and friendly dog: Rosie. She would rarely be there as she's upstate or at her "mom's house" (my girlfriend in Manhattan). She could literally never be there if it's any issue but, she's truly a great roommate. Would happily bring her to meet up.
