I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so looking for someone to sublease (or takeover the lease!) in my current room in Brooklyn, with the option of resigning the lease in November. It’s a beautiful new, modern 2 bed/1 bath apt with AC, and building amenities such as a a gym, a rooftop, a laundry room, bike storage and a parking lot. It’s also a 10 min walk from Prospect Park, and very close to the Parkside Q, and Winthrop 2/5 trains. There are lots of cute restaurants, bars and cafe's nearby too!

Your roommate would be a 28 year old female who works as a legal assistant. She’s really friendly and the main priority is to find someone clean and respectful. We put a lot of effort into decorating the apt, so I’d like to find someone who wants to keep the lovely environment!
