I am a retiree with a full time job, very quiet, looking for a low drama place to stay for 1-2 years, medium clean. I have social security and currently work full time on phone from home. Long term plans to save money to move back to northeast in 1-2 years to retire. I am an introvert and enjoy genealogy, reading (history and novels), computer and internet, and TV. I would like a place maybe a bit older, with some dust bunnies and piles of stuff, but room to move and not filthy, no smoking of anything at all on account of asthma and allergies. I have 2 small parakeets.
