1 bedroom and 1 bathroom all to yourself.
Rent doesn’t include utilities which vary, but it’s generally $200 give or take a bit depending on the time of year and how picky you are about temperature hah
The bedroom you’ll be in is unfurnished. The pictures are just of when it was occupied. So tried to show the space. It’s a normal sized room, bed, closet, dresser, side table.
There is 2 other bedrooms. And then shared living room, kitchen, & yard. Good amount of closet space & there is a little bit extra space if needed. Room gets sunlight. Parking in driveway or garage.
If your looking for long term(I ideally am) I would be willing to go halfsies on a washer and dryer or talk & figure that out to get a unit in here!
