Hey there! I’m looking for a room to rent. I am 35, single, male, I have no pets, non-smoker, no drugs. I work full time, Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30 from home for the same national insurance company for the past 10 1/2 years. Background checks are routinely conducted on me by various state agencies to maintain my licenses. I have lived all around Austin since Feb. of 2012 and am looking to stick around the Austin area although, for the right situation, I might venture out just a bit further. I am not messy and I wash my dishes right after I use them. I tend to eat quite healthy (keto regimen) but I am not a vegan. I always pay rent on time or in advance and I have never been evicted. Beyond work, I am typically out with friends, at Zilker, paddleboarding, playing frisbee, hiking the greenbelt or floating the river in the summer, board games, finding swimming spots, traveling, riding my skateboard, exploring Austin, 6th street, checking out local comedy shows and concerts, learning Python. I'm presently in a month to month all bills paid situation. I need a room size no less than 11 x 11 feet to fit my work desk in my bedroom unless I can work in a separate area. I do need high speed interwebs (not satellite) so I can work at home.Thank you for your consideration.
