Current roommates are great guys - a consultant and financial professional in their mid 20s. They are usually actively in/out of apartment, but staying indoor right now as the rest of us. We all split the electric and wifi which comes out to $60ish dollars a month. Kitchen is gorgeous and rarely used.

Lease ends at the end of September with an option for renewal if you would like. Communication with Management company is great and responsive.
