Spacious Room in Bushwick

**I am posting this for my two other roommates, who you would be living with. **

Hello!

We are Diego and Mario and we are looking for a new roommate. Diego is a designer and is starting his own company and Mario works in video production for the Education Department. We both are very relaxed guys who like to keep our space clean. The two of us get along very well and we hope to find someone that can vibe with us!

Our third roommate, John, has decided to leave NY for other opportunities is looking for someone to take over his sublease. The lease renews in December and we could then discuss how to go forward, whether you want to be in the lease or continue a sublease.

The room is very spacious, with generous windows that let a lot of light in. If you need it furnished then we can discuss that, as well. The room has its own private bathroom, with shower, in the main living space. The two other rooms have the bathrooms inside their rooms.

The apartment has a pretty decent kitchen with lots of appliances. We have a ninja, a slowcooker, air frier, espresso machine, and a toaster. The living room is really spacious and it's nice to watch movies or shows there. We have a shared roof terrace and laundry in the building. Once in a blue moon we may have gatherings with other neighbors. Utilities go for around $170/month I believe.
