Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to potentially move forward with two options for a Move-In date around December/January:
1. Brooklyn -- My current apartment in Brooklyn (Bushwick) is amazing and I'd love to find someone to take over the other room. It is a 2BD/2BA and the only reason I'm considering moving is because I want to try Manhattan for a change. But depending on how the search goes, I may choose to stay.
2. Manhattan -- I've become jaded with having my own bathroom, so finding a nice 2BD/2BA apartment is a must. I have friends in Brooklyn and Queens, so would like to live on the east side of Manhattan so that I can still bike across the bridge if I felt like it sometimes.
About me: I work in software (not an engineer). My office is in Midtown, but I may occasionally work from home. I'll likely be at work all day and only be back to eat dinner, workout, then go to sleep. I'm not really someone who goes out during the weekdays. That said, I'm very social when I have free time. Big fan of bar hopping and just doing fun sh*t in general. I've had roommates in the past that went on to become very close friends, but I don't really care about that. I care a lot more about keeping mutual respect and making our home a "home".
| My maximum monthly budget | 1,600 |
| Move in Date | Dec 2020 |
| Lease Duration | 1 Year |
| Age | 24 |
| Occupation | Tech |
| Pets | Dog |
| Hometown | Chicago, Il, Usa |
| Education | University Of Miami |
| Relationship Status | Single |
We think Young would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
