About Me:

I’m Andy, a 29-year-old software engineer working in tech. I graduated from UC Berkeley and have been living in NYC for 3.5 years. I split my time between working from home and WeWork and love having a peaceful, tidy home, especially during weekdays.

Outside of work, I’m into health and fitness, exploring the city, attending music shows, and hanging with friends. I love traveling, skiing, scuba diving, and music festivals.

Living Preferences:
• Budget: $2500–$3300 (targeting under $3k).
• Timeline: Mid-February to early March (ideally last week of February).
• Apartment: 2BR preferred, open to 3BR depending on the setup. Also looking for leads on studios or 1BR spots.
• Roommate preference: 25–35 years old, clean, respectful, and communicative. male/female works (great experiences with both!)
