I’m currently living in NYC and planning to make the most of my final year here, so I’m looking to switch into a roommate setup to keep rent lower and be a bit more social.

Open to a lot of different neighborhoods. Target move date is around Feb 1st, though I can adjust a bit earlier if needed. Budget-wise, I’m aiming to stay in the $1,200–$2,000 range depending on the setup.

A bit about me: I’m originally from Toronto and work as a software engineer. I’m pretty laid-back, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of work, I’m into basketball, comedy, museums, language learning, and just getting out and exploring the city. I’m also down for a social but balanced home environment.

Open to living with both men and women and have had great experiences with both in the past.
