I would prefer to live with no more than one other roommate. I prefer roommates who are clear and direct communicators, and keep the common areas neat. I am friendly, but tend to keep to myself more when at home. I work from home, and my interests include fitness, astrology, theater, and LGBTQ+ history & culture.

My budget is $1500/mo max. My income is stable, and my credit score is high. No pets and no smokers, please.
