I am very low maintenance; especially in this move. I have an apartment that I am also paying for in Indianapolis where I am moving from and where my girlfriend lives. I will be gone at least once a month to visit. She may visit once or twice in the year. But other than that, I will be at work most of the time. I also stay active and love to be outside, so my time inside will likely just be either working on some things or low-key. I stay cleanly and tidy in my living areas. I welcome visitors if you have any on the weekends preferably, but certainly flexible as long as communicated! Again, work will have me gone most of the time anyways, but I need something affordable/frugal to keep on top of my other rent with my girlfriend. I don't want any added burden to her as it will be difficult to live long-distance as it is.
