I'm currently working as a substitute teacher and am also enrolled in a program to obtain my drug and alcohol counselor license and then will be going for my masters in social work next fall. My preferred location would be somewhere either in, or close to, Yucaipa. Places like Redlands, Loma Linda, Mentone, Cherry Valley, or Highland would be great.

I have a friendly and well-behaved poodle mix who is around 60 lbs. He is 100% housebroken and has never shown the slightest bit of aggression towards anyone in his 5 years of life. He loves cats and plays nicely with my exes cat, but he can spook cats who are scared of dogs. We like to go for long walks together and try to spend a good amount of time outdoors. I'm rather introverted, so I don't bring a ton of people over, typically just one, sometimes two, guests at a time and I make sure to stay quiet and respectful. Both my dog and I are honestly super easy to get along with.

I am a vegetarian but don't mind being around meat at all. I don't regularly drink and I don't really smoke marijuana anymore but am 4/20 friendly, and I am tobacco free. I don't judge or care about people's choices or vices, as long as they're not negatively impacting others (or smoking inside).

It would be great to find another roommate or two with a similar timeline who are dog friendly or, even better, have a friendly well-behaved dog of their own who would like to find a place to rent together. Or just a room somewhere that is larger dog friendly would work as well. I do have an ESA letter from my actual doctor that I see regularly (not one of the ones you can just buy online) if that helps.

I am moving back out on my own again after a divorce, but I had roommates before getting married (4 years ago) and we found a place together and had our individual dogs and it was honestly such a nice living arrangement. Everyone got along super well and had great communication. It would be really great to find something similar.
