[Looking for a Room in Torrance!]

I’m moving to Torrance around mid-December for my internship and am looking for a responsible and clean roommate to share a place with, or a room to rent.

About Me:

Respectful & Clean: I’m a very organized person who loves keeping common areas neat and tidy. I always clean up right after cooking!

Lifestyle: I work standard office hours, so I’ll be out during the day on weekdays. In the evenings, I like to unwind by listening to music.
Social Habits: I’m a non-smoker and a social drinker. I value my privacy and fully respect others', but I'm always down for a friendly chat or grabbing a coffee/beer every now and then.

What I'm Looking For:

Someone who is reliable with rent/utilities and respects quiet hours during the workweek.

A friendly, clean, and chill environment.
