Hello!

I have 1 room available in a spacious, true 2 bedroom apartment in a pre-war building on the UES in the 70’s between 1st and York. The room has two full-sized closets and does not share a wall with the other bedroom. The building has laundry in the basement, and is between the Q and 6 trains.

The room is available starting Dec. 15, with the option to stay until July 31 — though I’m happy to negotiate a shorter stay!

The room *can* be provided partially furnished if requested — the partial furnishings would include: (i) Queen Nectar mattress (enclosed in mattress cover); (ii) Queen bedframe; (iii) dresser; and (iv) nightstand.
