Hi! My name is Steph and I'm looking to move to NYC to work/complete some internships before I graduate from college as a Fashion Merchandising major in May 2025. My main interests are definitely fashion and music, I'm clean and organized in shared spaces and low maintenance, I'm quiet during the appropriate hours, and I always try to be considerate of my roommates the way I want them to be to me. Just communicate with me and we'll be good to go!

I'm not a psycho clean freak (my room can get a bit disorganized from time to time) but I'm always courteous of shared spaces and prefer those areas to be free of too much clutter.

Apparently this is a rare thing to come by in NYC, but I'm looking for a 2 bed/2 bath if at all possible (willing to be flexible with the price since I know it's obviously more expensive to have a private bath)

Pet friendly with no allergies that I'm aware of!

I rarely drink but have no issue with it, though I don't smoke and would prefer that my roommate doesn't either, or at least not in the apartment.

I'm fine with keeping to myself and being cordial with my roommate, but would like to be friends if the vibe is there! I don't know many people in NYC and I'm going to be pretty far from home so I'm definitely looking to make friends while I'm in the city.
