Hey Diggz community. I am currently looking to sublease a room from August to December. I am in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath in Stuytown with two other guys.

I got a new job on the west coast so will be leaving NYC early August. I currently have the master bedroom which is very large (15'x12'). The other two guys who live here (Ben and Hayden) are both 26 year old working professionals and have been fantastic roommates.

Rent will be $2200 which includes all utilities.
