P.J. T - $1,800/month

I moved to the NYC area last August 2021. Still fairly new and would like to (preferably) live below 14th street. I am a big sports fan, but also like to read and watch movies. I work fairly long days, about 8:30 am-6:30/7:00 pm. I like to go out on the weekends, but don't dislike just staying in every so often and just hanging out. I do like to smoke weed occasionally, but it's not an everyday thing. Probably 2-3 times a week. I'd preferably like to have a three bedroom apartment. Willing to be the third person in an apartment that has an open room.
