The open bedroom is the largest room with front facing windows. There is a spacious living room and an open kitchen. There is exposed brick wall and lots of natural light.
Currently, the rent is $1900, not including utilities and wifi. We would have to reapply to get approved and it is a standard rental application!
We are 5-10 minute walk away from the Delancey Essex station, Trader Joes, Whole foods, and plenty of bars, restaurants, etc.
My roommate and I are looking for someone relatively quiet, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
