Hi! My name is Will. I work as a Financial Analyst for a digital media company in SoHo. I work 3 days a week in office and work from home the other 2 days .Looking for a roommate(s) to sign a lease with after living by myself for the last 2 years. I’m generally quiet and keep to myself but really like and appreciate conversation. I'm fairly outgoing. I’m responsible, welcoming, clean, respectful of space and well organized. I'm a huge sports fan, like spending time with friends, video games and live music. Planning on taking up golf soon. I travel occasionally though moreso to visit friends and family and go to events rather than vacation. I do not smoke or do drugs. I don't drink alcohol while at home. I don't have any pets .

I am very flexible with the move in date . I don't have to leave my current apartment but I want to move so I am not on any particular timeline.

I'm open to NYC and Jersey.
