My friend is looking to sublet his room for the remainder of his lease (ending 10/31/18) starting anytime after jan 31! The apartment is absolutely incredible with a gym, rooftop, pool, laundry room, doormen 24/7, I cannot say more incredible things about this apartment. I also cannot say better things about the two other people living in the apartment. They are both extremely friendly, clean, respectful, and all around great guys. I cannot stress this enough, he is only leaving because he has an opportunity to live with an old college friend and it has absolutely nothing to do with his roommates or living situation. This is seriously an ideal situation for anyone looking to move in the financial district. The apartment is completely set up already with couches in the living room, a massive tv, tables, kitchen appliances. This is an amazing opportunity and if you have a chance I highly suggest you come stop by and check this out for yourself!
